This unit only procs in Epic Boss fights, not PvP. For Epic fights where you want to prevent the Epic Boss from healing, the unit would be a combined total of 12.5/attack unboosted. With boosts from Ryoko and Apex, the unit could do a combined 15 damage/anti-heal per attack.
