As of the minimum cost solution having 82.31% win rate, other strategy decks apart from being free of War Bonds, must have auto win rate of at least 85%, or ordered win rate of 90%.

Although it yields an acceptable win rate, players are recommended to use card obtained apart from mission rewards, as they should have enough ability to construct effective decks for side missions, gold and reputation grinding.

Note: Substituting a devastator and an irradiated infantry for a Mortar Bunker (Mission 73) and Full Power (faction reward card) has the two-pronged effect of rallying and siege.
